About Your Pharmacist

David Eddington was born in San Diego, California.  David’s family moved to Arkansas when he was very young where David eventually graduated from Jonesboro High School. His father, an Ear, Nose & Throat physician, practiced in the northeast Arkansas area for many years.  David’s father served as his inspiration to pursue the medical field.   David graduated from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology.  He later graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, leading him to acquire his Doctor of Pharmacy title.  He also served as president of his fraternity, Kappa Si.  While living in Las Vegas, David worked as a nuclear pharmacist after having received specialized training in the handling of radioactive materials.  His experience also includes that of being a hospital pharmacist and a home infusion pharmacist.  In 2005, David acquired Marmaduke Family Pharmacy.  Only one year later, the pharmacy suffered the devastating effects of the tornado that tore through the Marmaduke, Arkansas area alongside other local friends, family and citizens of the area.  He rebuilt the pharmacy and has been serving the northeast Arkansas area ever since!!
